目的 :探讨细胞凋亡、肿瘤血管生成及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达与膀胱移行细胞癌 (简称膀胱癌 )分级、分期及预后的关系。方法 :采用DNA末端标记法 (TUNEL)和免疫组化法检测 53例膀胱癌组织中细胞凋亡指数 (AI)、微血管密度 (MVD)、PCNA标记指数 (PCNALI) ,分析其与膀胱癌分级、分期的关系。结果 :AI与PCNALI在膀胱癌不同分级之间均有显著性差异 ,MVD在G1、G3间和G2、G3间差异有显著性 ;PCNALI在膀胱癌不同分期之间均有显著性差异 ,而AI与MVD均在T1、T3间和T2、T3间有显著性差异。在复发的膀胱癌中三项指标均高于未复发者。结论 :AI、MVD、PCNALI可作为评估膀胱癌恶性程度及预后的指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between apoptosis, tumor angiogenesis, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression and grading, staging and prognosis of bladder transitional cell carcinoma (Bladder cancer). Methods: The apoptosis index (AI), microvessel density (MVD) and PCNA labeling index (PCNA) of 53 cases of bladder cancer were detected by TUNEL and immunohistochemistry. Staging of the relationship. Results: There was a significant difference between AI and PCNALI in different grades of bladder cancer. There was significant difference in MVD between G1, G3 and G2, G3. There was significant difference in PCNALI among different stages of bladder cancer while AI And MVD in T1, T3 and T2, T3 were significantly different. Three indicators of recurrent bladder cancer were higher than those without recurrence. Conclusion: AI, MVD and PCNALI can be used as indicators to evaluate the malignancy and prognosis of bladder cancer.
