目的了解南宁铁路机务段机车乘务员的听力状况。方法对2010年南宁铁路机务段机车乘务员的职业病体检资料进行统计分析。并与同期体检的南宁车辆段发电车司机的听力测试结果进行比较。结果该机务段机车乘务员噪声性听力损伤发生率为57.4%,其中噪声聋为9.8%。机车乘务员正常听力比例为42.6%,高于发电车司机正常听力比例(32.1%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。机车乘务员各工龄组听力损伤发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论机车乘务员正常听力比例高于发电车司机。机车乘务员噪声性听力损伤发生率与接噪工龄呈正相关,即随着接噪工龄的增加,噪声性听力损伤的发生率也越高。
Objective To understand the hearing status of locomotive flight attendants in Nanning Railway. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the physical examination data of locomotive flight attendants in Nanning Railway Depot in 2010. And with the same period of the Nanning depot car driver hearing test results were compared. Results The incidence of noise-induced hearing impairment of locomotive locomotive locomotives was 57.4%, among which noise deaf was 9.8%. The normal listening ratio of locomotive flight attendants was 42.6%, which was higher than the normal listening ratio of drivers (32.1%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). There was a significant difference in the incidence of hearing impairment among locomotive flight attendants in each age group (P <0.01). Conclusion The normal audible attendance of locomotive crew is higher than that of driver of electric locomotive. Locomotive attendant noise-induced hearing loss incidence and duration of the noise was positively correlated, that is, with the increase of the length of noise, the higher the incidence of noise-induced hearing loss.
