山西省浑源县人民法院一九八○年在刑事审判工作中,认真执行刑法,刑事讼诉法,不断改进审判作风,坚持以事实为根据,以法律为准绳的原则,实事求是,依法办案,办案质量有了显著提高。去年,他们共审判各种刑事案件五十件,六十一人。依法进行公开审判的三十一件,占应公开审判案件总数的86％。公开审判的案件都实行了陪审、合议、辩护制度。判处后,所有的罪犯心服口服,认罪服法,表示痛改前非,没有上诉和申诉。广大群众认为法院严格依法办案,秉公执法。他们的主要体会是:
