Objective To observe the effect of continuous negative pressure training on the cardiac function and autonomic nervous function of the human body for 10 days. Methods From June to July 2014, 8 undergraduate students (healthy men) were enrolled and were exposed to -50 mm Hg (1 mm Hg = 0.133 k Pa) for 10 days. Blood pump before and after training, systolic function and heart rate variability testing. Results After 10 days of training, the stroke volume, cardiac output and left ventricular ejection time were significantly increased (P <0.05), and the normalized low-frequency heart rate, low-frequency and high-frequency ratio training Before significant increase (P <0.05), while the total peripheral resistance and ejection did not change significantly. Conclusions The 10-day hypobaric negative pressure training can significantly improve cardiac blood pumping and systolic function and enhance sympathetic tone.
