关注和提高青少年素质是全面建设小康社会的重要内容。通过对陕西青少年素质教育进行调研 ,我们发现当代青少年发展在文明素质、科学素养、网络应用方面显现出各种优势 ,同时也在做人、做事、诚信、治学态度等方面存在一些问题 ;并从净化教育大环境、班干部建制、学习过程独特性、网络道德建设等方面提出了一些全面推进青少年素质建设的途径。 Paying attention to and improving the quality of young people is an important part of building an overall well-to-do society. Through the research on quality education for young people in Shaanxi Province, we find that the development of contemporary youth shows various advantages in terms of civilized quality, scientific literacy and network application. At the same time, there are still some problems in life, work, honesty and attitude towards scholarship. Education environment, the establishment of class cadres, the uniqueness of the learning process, the construction of network ethics, and other aspects put forward some ways to comprehensively promote the quality construction of young people.
