为改善PVAc(聚醋酸乙烯酯)的耐水性,以VAc(醋酸乙烯酯)和壳聚糖为主要原料、APS(过硫酸铵)为引发剂和SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)为乳化剂,采用半连续乳液聚合法制备壳聚糖改性PVAc乳液。研究结果表明:当w(壳聚糖)=1.25%(相对于VAc单体质量而言)时,改性胶膜的综合性能相对最好,其耐水性(14 d)和拉伸强度(7.32 MPa)相对最大,乳胶粒呈球形状结构,并且大小均匀。
