壳聚糖对聚醋酸乙烯酯耐水性的改进研究

为改善PVAc(聚醋酸乙烯酯)的耐水性,以VAc(醋酸乙烯酯)和壳聚糖为主要原料、APS(过硫酸铵)为引发剂和SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)为乳化剂,采用半连续乳液聚合法制备壳聚糖改性PVAc乳液。研究结果表明:当w(壳聚糖)=1.25%(相对于VAc单体质量而言)时,改性胶膜的综合性能相对最好,其耐水性(14 d)和拉伸强度(7.32 MPa)相对最大,乳胶粒呈球形状结构,并且大小均匀。 In order to improve the water resistance of PVAc (polyvinyl acetate), VAc (vinyl acetate) and chitosan as main raw materials, APS (ammonium persulfate) as initiator and SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) as emulsifier , Prepared by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization chitosan modified PVAc emulsion.
