以AZ31镁合金和纯铝为研究对象,利用电子万能压力机在不同的加热温度下对镁和铝异种金属进行连接,并用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对Mg/Al接头界面组织结构进行了观察和分析。结果表明,当加热温度为440℃时,Mg/Al接头界面结合良好,Mg/Al接头过渡区附近主要形成Mg2Al3和Mg17Al12金属间化合物。
Taking AZ31 magnesium alloy and pure aluminum as the research object, magnesium and aluminum dissimilar metals were connected by electronic universal press at different heating temperatures. The microstructure of Mg / Al joint interface was observed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometer And analysis. The results show that the Mg / Al joint interface is well bonded when the heating temperature is 440 ℃, and Mg2Al3 and Mg17Al12 intermetallic compounds mainly form near the Mg / Al joint transition zone.
