介绍薄板对接焊缝缺陷超声波的两种定性方法,对缺陷回波信号的射频信号进行分析,提取时域信号的协方差作为信号的特征值,通过小波变换,提取基于缺陷信号小波包结点能量为信号的特征值,定性分析焊缝缺陷。结果表明:将传统的定性方法和现代信号处理技术相结合,提高了缺陷性质判别能力。
