质检中心是武钢内部行使产品质量监督职能的独立部门,有职工1400余名,基层检查站、化检(验)室17个,分布在武钢从工业港到热轧厂、武东站的钢铁主线上,战线漫长、人员分散、独立作业,存在着管理上的客观难度。我们党委一班人通过分析认为,要克服管理上存在的客观难度,把全体质检战线职工的积极性、创造性引导到新形势下的质检工作上来,很关键的一点就是突出抓好基层班子民主集中制建设。一、抓学习教育,提高基层领导班子民主集中意识质检中心党委成立以后,我们通过调研发现,某些基层领导干部喜欢个人说了算,把自己凌驾于组织之上,影响非常不好。究其根本原因,主要是思想认识问题。为此,我们从两个方面来解决认识问题。一
