硫磺回收装置常规控制方法因控制滞后不能很好地达到工艺要求,酸性气(耗氧组分)与空气流量比值控制方案能实现准确的一次配风量保证了控制目标:H2S/SO2接近设定值2或H2S-2SO2接近设定值0,比值分析仪仅需微调配风量克服残留的偏差。这将会大大提高控制性能和提高焚烧炉的转化率,酸性气中各有害组分将会在即不欠氧又不过氧的条件下,氧化生成合格的尾气再将其排放,同时生产出中间原料-液态硫磺,实现最佳回收率。
