有关动态心电图检出老年高血压病心律失常在文献已有报道。但对心律失常与左心功能的对比分析,作者未见报道。本文将老年高血压心律失常的分析与左心功能做一对比,并探讨二者的关系。 1 对象和方法已确诊的老年高血压病患者45例,其中女19例,男26例;年龄61～81岁,平均63.13±6.92岁。对照组老年健康者32例。男,女各16例。年龄60～70岁,平均62.13±4.26岁。采用DMI P/N 220607 GI型Holter监测仪,记录24h动态心电图。参考活动日记栓出心律失常并分型分级。做UCG测左房内径和高心病患者左心功能:左心输出量,射血分数,缩短分
The detection of arrhythmia of ambulatory hypertension in ambulatory ECG has been reported in the literature.
