依托中国平煤神马集团(学院主办单位),围绕煤矿综合自动化生产一线对高技能人才的要求,以煤矿自动化技术岗位标准为依据,注重专业教学改革,探索创建以煤矿综合自动化生产过程为平台的“煤矿综合自动化,能力提升分层次”的人才培养模式;深化课程体系和教学内容改革,构建针对煤矿自动化技术工作岗位需求的“四岗三模块”课程体系;充实体现岗位技能要求、促进学生实践操作能力培养的工学结合的专业课程,建设紧贴现场技术应用、基于煤矿自动化技术岗位工作过程的专业主干课程;采取多种措施,着力培养专业带头人、骨干教师、双师素质教师、聘请煤矿兼职教师,改善双师结构,打造一支教学质量高的专业教学团队;与中国平煤神马集团生产技术先进、管理一流的煤矿深度合作,共建校内外实习实训基地;制定和实施中高职衔接人才培养方案,实现中高职教育教学衔接;构建第三方人才培养质量评价体系,实施第三方人才培养质量评价。
