患者 ,女性 ,2 5岁。腰痛伴右下肢麻木 1年 ,加重 2月入院。既往史无特殊。体查 :脊柱无畸形 ,皮肤无红肿 ,腰背肌无痉挛 ,活动不受限 ,Ｌ4、5椎间隙右旁叩压痛 ,向右下肢后侧放射至足踝 ,右小退外侧感觉减退 ,右直腿抬高试验 45°( +) ,加强试验 ( +) ,大腿周径右侧较对侧少 1
Patient, female, 25 years old. Low back pain with right lower extremity numbness for 1 year, increased hospitalization in February. No special past history. Physical examination: no deformity of the spine, no skin irritation, no back muscles, no limitation of movement, L4, 5 intervertebral space right lateral malleolar tenderness, radial radiating to the right lower extremities to the ankle, right side of the left retreat, sensory hypoesthesia, right Straight leg raising test 45°(+), strengthening test (+), thigh circumference less on the right side than on the opposite side 1
