目的 分析大竹县1992-2008年农田鼠类种群、数量变化规律,为研究控制鼠害提供科学依据.方法 采用夹夜法,每年4月和9月选择不同方位的农田(耕作区)布放鼠夹,晚放晨收;分析鼠类种群、数量变化情况.结果 共布有效鼠夹10 369个,平均鼠类密度为9.73%.以1993年鼠类密度最高,为16.01%;1999-2008年鼠类密度波动在6.77%~9.88%之间.捕获鼠类6种,以四川短尾鼩为优势种,其次为黑线姬鼠,分别占捕获总数的77.50%和15.06%,鼠种的构成比差异有统计学意义(x2=2 020.02,P<0.05).结论 1992-2008年鼠类密度整体呈下降趋势,四川短尾鼩构成比逐年上升,黑线姬鼠构成比有所下降.“,”Objective The analysis of Dazhu County from 1992 to 2008,the number of farmland rodent population changes,to provide a scientific basis for the study of rodent control.Methods By night trapping method,every April and September to select a different range of farmland(farming area) cloth mousetrap,night;analysis of rodent population,changes in the number of.Results A total of 10 369 effective cloth trap,the average rodent density was 9.73%,in 1993 16.01%;the highest density of rodents,rodent density from 1999 to 2008 fluctuated from 6.77% to 9.88%;rodents of 6 species in Anourosorex squamipes was the dominant species,was Apodemus agrarius,accounted for 77.50% of the total catch and 15.06%,which were the differences were statistically significant (x2 =2 020.02,P < 0.05).Conclusion 1992-2008 rodent density decreased,the constituent ratio increased year by year in Anourosorex squamipes,the constituent ratio of Apodemus agrarius decreased.
