报道 KIO3 存在下牛血清白蛋白 ( BSA)的新型极谱催化波。在 0 .1 mol· L-1Na2 HPO4 -KH2 PO4 ( p H6.7)缓冲介质中 ,BSA于 - 0 .60 V( vs.Ag/Ag Cl)处产生一个可逆的极谱还原波。用极谱电流法测定 BSA还原波的电子数 ,证实该波为 BSA中的两个双硫键还原所致。这可能是结构域 中 cys1 98- cys2 4 4和 cys32 4 - cys359间的双硫键或结构域 中 cys390 - cys435和 cys51 1 - cys556间的双硫键被还原为巯基。 KIO3 存在时 ,BSA产生极谱催化波。该催化波的产生机理是由于 KIO3及其衍生质点使 BSA双硫键还原生成的巯基氧化再生为双硫键
Reported a new polarographic catalytic wave of bovine serum albumin (BSA) in the presence of KIO3. BSA produced a reversible polarographic reduction wave at -0.60 V (vs. Ag / Ag Cl) in a 0.1 mol · L -1 Na 2 HPO 4 -KH 2 PO 4 (p H6.7) buffer medium. The number of electrons of the BSA reduction wave was measured by polarographic current method, confirming that the wave was caused by the reduction of two disulfide bonds in BSA. It is possible that the disulfide bond between cys390 - cys435 and cys51 1 - cys556 in the disulfide bond or domain of cys1 98 - cys2 4 4 and cys32 4 - cys359 in the domain is reduced to a thiol group. BSA produces polarographic catalytic waves in the presence of KIO3. The mechanism of this catalytic wave is due to KIO3 and its derived particles to BSA disulfide bond generated by the reduction of the mercapto oxidation regeneration of disulfide bonds
