目的探讨临床药师在临床药物治疗中的作用及其意义。方法通过临床药师对药物治疗方案的干预,对比干预前后的用药情况及疗效差异。结果临床药师参与药物治疗方案的制定及调整,可提高临床疗效、降低费用、缩短疗程、减少药物不良反应。结论临床药师将药学理论知识和临床实践相结合,可不断提高药物治疗水平,在治疗团队中实现自己的价值。 Objective To explore the role and significance of clinical pharmacists in clinical drug therapy. Methods By clinical pharmacists intervention in drug treatment programs, compared before and after the intervention medication and efficacy differences. Results Clinical pharmacists involved in the formulation and adjustment of drug treatment programs can improve clinical efficacy, reduce costs, shorten the course of treatment, reduce adverse drug reactions. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists combine the theoretical knowledge of pharmacy with clinical practice to continuously improve the level of drug treatment and realize their value in the treatment team.
