目的:研究疏肝和胃饮对糖尿病胃轻瘫(diabetic gastroparesis,DGP)大鼠胃动素(motilin,MLT)、胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、胃内残留率及血糖的影响。方法:采用高脂高糖饲料喂养联合多次小剂量链脲佐菌素注射液(streptozotocin,STZ)腹腔注射造模;将大鼠分为正常组、模型组、早期预防组(早预组)、预防组和治疗组,分期予疏肝和胃饮灌胃治疗。结果:早预组、预防组、治疗组大鼠大鼠血糖、MLT、GAS血清含量均显著低于模型组(P<0.01);早预组、预防组大鼠胃内残留率明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:小剂量STZ联合高能量饮食法可成功复制DGP大鼠模型,疏肝和胃饮能有效降低DGP大鼠血糖、MLT、GAS血清含量及胃内残留率,早期防治对DGP大鼠有显著疗效。
Objective: To study the effects of Shugan and Weijin on motilin (MLT), gastrin (GAS), gastric residual rate and blood glucose in diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) rats. Methods: The rats were divided into normal group, model group, early prevention group (early pre-group), high-fat and high-sugar diet combined with multiple small doses of streptozotocin (STZ) , Prevention group and treatment group, staging to Shugan and stomach drink stomach treatment. Results: Serum glucose, MLT and GAS contents of rats in early pre-treatment group, preventive treatment group and treatment group were significantly lower than those in model group (P <0.01); gastric residual rate in early pre-treatment group and prevention group was significantly lower than that in model group Group (P <0.01). Conclusion: DGP rat model can be successfully replicated by low-dose STZ combined with high-energy diet. Shugan and Weijin can effectively reduce blood glucose, MLT, GAS serum content and gastric residual rate in DGP rats, and early prevention and treatment of DGP rats were significant Efficacy.
