小学阶段开展英语课程的重要性不言而喻,但是在农村地区小学教育中,英语课程教学还存在很多不足与缺陷,其中突出问题就是学生的英语基础薄弱、学习积极性不高。为了调动农村小学生的英语学习热情,笔者以农村小学生的身心发展特征为出发点,尝试在课堂运用恰当的激励与表扬手段,让小学生体验学习英语的乐趣与成就感,激活求知动力,进而提高英语学习效率,体现教学有效性。
The importance of carrying out English courses in primary school is self-evident. However, in primary education in rural areas, there are still many shortcomings and deficiencies in English teaching. The outstanding problem is that students have weak English foundation and low learning motivation. In order to arouse the enthusiasm of primary school students in English learning in rural areas, the author takes the physical and mental development characteristics of rural primary school students as the starting point and tries to make students feel the pleasure and accomplishment of learning English by activating appropriate means of encouragement and recognition in class so as to activate the knowledge-seeking motivation and improve English learning Efficiency, reflecting the effectiveness of teaching.
