目的: 研究驻极体对成纤维细胞生长周期的影响及其调控机制。方法: 利用流式细胞术通过二维点图研究聚四氟乙烯( P T F E)驻极体对成纤维细胞(3 T3)生长周期的时相参数的影响。结果: (1)负极性 P T F E驻极体作用于3 T3 细胞24 h 后, S期内的细胞数明显增加。(2)负极性驻极体在促进细胞生长的同时对部分细胞有促进其凋亡的作用。(3)正极性驻极体作用于3 T3 细胞24 h 后, G1 期内的细胞数增加, G2 期和 S期中的细胞数减少。结论: 负极性驻极体具有促进细胞生长的作用,正极性驻极体具有抑制 3 T3 细胞生长的作用。
Objective: To study the influence of electret on the growth cycle of fibroblasts and its regulation mechanism. Methods: The effect of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTEF) electret on the phase parameters of the growth cycle of fibroblasts (3T3) was studied by two-dimensional dot-plots using flow cytometry. RESULTS: (1) The number of cells in S phase increased significantly after negative PTPF electret treatment on 3T3 cells for 24 h. (2) Negative electrets promote the apoptosis of some cells while promoting cell growth. (3) After the positive electrets were treated with 3T3 cells for 24 h, the number of cells in G1 phase increased and the number of cells in G2 phase and S phase decreased. Conclusion: The negative electrets can promote cell growth. The positive electrets can inhibit the growth of 3T3 cells.
