目的 :探讨细胞周期素 (cyclin)D1和rasp2 1蛋白在胰腺癌中的相互关系。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测cyclinD1和rasp2 1在胰腺癌中的表达。结果 :cyclinD1和rasp2 1在胰腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为60 0 %和 72 5 % ,二者在胰腺癌中的表达差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5。cyclinD1阳性表达与肿瘤的分化程度密切相关 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :cyclinD1和rasp2 1过表达在胰腺癌发生过程中具有协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between cyclin D1 and rasp2 1 protein in pancreatic cancer. Methods: The expression of cyclinD1 and rasp21 in pancreatic cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of cyclinD1 and rasp2 1 in pancreatic cancer were 60 0% and 72 5%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two expression levels in pancreatic cancer (P <0.05). The positive expression of cyclinD1 was closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The overexpression of cyclinD1 and rasp2 1 have synergistic effect in the development of pancreatic cancer.
