竹书《奏谳书》出土于1983年12月至1984年1月湖北张家山砖厂附近的247号汉墓。这部竹书为我们了解汉初法律体系及其司法制度提供了一个全新的视角。汉帝国是世界古代史中最强盛、最成功的帝国之一,其法律制度的实施为帝国的发展和稳定起到了关键的作用。《奏谳书》作为全新的史料,不仅对中国法律史,而且对汉朝的国家社会发展史具有重要的研究价值。我们合著的《汉初典型诉讼案例:湖北张家山汉简〈奏谳书〉译注》
Bamboo Book “played by book” unearthed in December 1983 to January 1984 in Zhangjiajie, Hubei Province near the No. 247 Han tombs. This book provides a brand new perspective for us to understand the legal system of Han Dynasty and its judicial system. The Han Empire is one of the most prosperous and successful empires in the ancient history of the world. The implementation of its legal system has played a key role in the development and stability of the empire. As a brand-new historical material, the Book of Songs not only has an important research value on the history of Chinese law, but also on the history of national social development in the Han Dynasty.
