合成了芘标记单体 N -(芘基 )甲基 -2 -甲基丙烯酰胺 ( Py MA ) ,其与 2 -丙烯酰胺基 -2 -甲基丙磺酸( AMPS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺 ( DMAA)共聚 ,得到含 Py MA摩尔分数为 0 .1 %、AMPS摩尔分数 FAMPS分别为 0 .0 3 3~ 0 .896的芘标记磺酸基聚电解质 .在 DMSO和水中 ,FAMPS<0 .4 49时芘标记聚电解质的荧光光谱与 Py MA的荧光光谱基本相同 ;当 FAMPS≥ 0 .4 49时 ,芘的 [0 ,1 ]和 [0 ,3 ]跃迁的发射强度大幅度增强 .芘标记的 I1 /I3值随聚电解质电荷密度增加逐渐减小 ,且随聚电解质浓度增加也减小 ,表明聚电解质体系中通过电离基团间吸引形成了分子主链的聚集
The pyrene - labeled monomer, Py (MA), was synthesized with 2 - acrylamido - 2 - methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) (DMAA) to obtain pyrene-labeled sulfonic acid-based polyelectrolytes containing 0.01 mol% of MAA and 0.3 mol% of AMPS with FAMPS of 0.330 ~ 0.896, respectively. In DMSO and water, The fluorescence spectra of pyrene-labeled polyelectrolytes were almost the same as that of Py MA when FAMPS <0.49 and the emission intensities of [0, 1] and [0, 3] transitions of pyrene were large when FAMPS≥0.449 The pyrene-labeled I1 / I3 values decrease with the increase of polyelectrolyte charge density, and decrease with the increase of polyelectrolyte concentration, indicating that the aggregation of the molecular main chains in the polyelectrolyte system through the attraction of ionized groups
