随着市场经济的发展,企业的规模不断扩大,人力资源管理成为企业综合管理的重要部分。企业中最重要的资源就是人力资源,可以说企业的人力资源对企业的组织效能具有重要的影响。面对人力市场激烈的竞争,企业要在战略性的角度上对人力资源进行加强管理。本文在阐述了人力资源管理和组织系效能的含义后,通过分析人力资源管理对组织效能的影响,提出企业要如何在战略性的角度上加强人力资源管理,从而提升企业的组织效能,更好的促进企业的发展。
