目的 比较两种方法提取超广谱β－内酰胺酶ESBLs的可靠性.方法 分别用EDTA／溶菌酶法和超声波粉碎法对10株产ESBLs的大肠埃希菌进行酶的提取,以头孢噻肟为底物,用紫外分光光度计进行酶活性的测定.结论 超声波粉碎法是有效的提取ESBLs的方法,其效果明显优于EDTA／溶菌酶法.
OBJECTIVE To compare the reliability of extraction of ESBLs-ESBLs by two methods.Methods Ten strains of Escherichia coli producing ESBLs were extracted by EDTA / lysozyme method and ultrasonic pulverization method respectively, The enzyme activity was determined by UV spectrophotometer.RESULTS Ultrasonic pulverization was an effective method for extracting ESBLs, which was superior to EDTA / lysozyme method.
