以环十二碳三烯(CDT)和溴素为原料,通过亲电加成反应在正丙醇-异丙醇-三氯甲烷混合溶剂体系中合成六溴环十二烷阻燃剂。研究了工艺条件对反应的影响,得到的最佳工艺条件为:m(正丙醇):m(异丙醇):m(三氯甲烷)=1:1:2,滴加温度0℃,保温温度15℃,反应时间9 h,γ异构体含量88%,收率90%,纯度97%,熔点181℃。
The hexabromocyclododecane flame retardant was synthesized by CDP and bromine in the system of n - propanol - isopropanol - trichloromethane mixed solvent by electrophilic addition reaction. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: m (n-propanol): m (isopropanol): m (trichloromethane) = 1: The temperature was 15 ℃, the reaction time was 9 h, the content of γ isomer was 88%, the yield was 90%, the purity was 97% and the melting point was 181 ℃.
