班级是学校开展学生管理工作的重要组成单元,班级管理的深入研究对提升学生的工作管理水平具有潜在的推动作用。在传统的班级管理分工中,学生和教师分别占据不同的管理角色,教师在具体的管理事务中具有较大的发言权,而学生的主体地位在这一管理方式中难以凸现出来。由于现实教学目标的压力,教师在学生事务管理的过程中会不自觉地追求学生成绩的最大化,在这一过程中,很容易忽视学生的实际学习情况,导致教师的设定目标与学生的实际发展产生潜在冲突。
