[目的]明确影响红云红河集团原料基地烤烟质量的主要化学成分,综合评价烟叶质量。[方法]运用因子分析法对红云红河集团各原料基地369份K326样品进行相关和因子分析,同时分析原料基地烤烟化学成分主要因子,并利用化学成分综合评价各基地烟叶质量。[结果]分析表明,红云红河集团云南原料基地烤烟化学成分之间存在一定的极显著和显著相关性;因子分析得到4个主因子,分别为碳氮因子、香气量因子、燃烧性因子、淀粉因子,累计贡献率已达85.173%;烤烟基地各样品因子得分与感官评吸得分基本一致,说明利用因子分析烟叶化学成分进行评价是可行的。[结论]研究可为以烤烟主要化学成分判断烟叶品质提供依据,为增强原料基地的烟叶工业可用性提供参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to clarify the main chemical components that affect the quality of flue-cured tobacco in Hongyun Honghe Group Raw Material Base and evaluate the quality of tobacco leaves comprehensively. [Method] The correlation analysis and factor analysis of 369 K326 samples from each raw material base of Hongyun Honghe Group were made by factor analysis. The main chemical components of the flue-cured tobacco in the raw material base were also analyzed. The chemical components were used to evaluate the quality of the tobacco leaves. [Result] The analysis showed that there were some significant and significant correlations between the chemical components of the flue-cured tobacco in Hongyun Honghe Group Yunnan raw material base. Four main factors were obtained by factor analysis, namely carbon and nitrogen factor, aroma volume factor, combustibility factor, starch Factor, the cumulative contribution rate has reached 85.173%; flue-cured tobacco base sample factor scores and sensory evaluation scores are basically the same, indicating the use of chemical analysis of tobacco leaf ingredients is feasible. [Conclusion] The study could provide a basis for judging the quality of flue-cured tobacco based on the main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco, and provided a reference for enhancing the industrial availability of tobacco in the base of raw material.
