目的:评价多聚酶链反应技术对病毒性角膜炎病原学诊断的价值。方法:应用多聚酶链反应(Polymerase Chain Reaction PCR)技术检测12例患者患眼结膜囊分泌物中有无单纯疱疹病毒(Her-pes Simplex Virus,HSV)、巨细胞病毒(Cytomegaly Virus,CMV)或EB病毒(Estein-Barr Virus,EBV)的脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)片段。全部患者均临床诊断为病毒性角膜炎,其表现分为树枝状(6例),地图状(3例),盘状(1例),点状(2例)。结果:12例中PCR阳性者10例(9例检到HSV—DNA,1例检到CMV—DNA),阳性率为93.33%。结论:PCR是一种敏感、特异、快速、简便的病原学诊断方法,对病毒性角膜炎有早期诊断、鉴别诊断,以及指导治疗的价值。
Objective: To evaluate the value of polymerase chain reaction in the etiological diagnosis of viral keratitis. Methods: Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) was used to detect the presence or absence of herpes simplex virus (HSV), Cytomegaly Virus (CMV) or EB A DNA fragment of Estein-Barr Virus (EBV). All patients were clinically diagnosed as viral keratitis, whose performance was divided into dendritic (6 cases), map (3 cases), disc (1 case) and punctate (2 cases). Results: Of the 12 cases, 10 were PCR positive (9 cases detected HSV-DNA and 1 case detected CMV-DNA), the positive rate was 93.33%. Conclusion: PCR is a sensitive, specific, rapid and easy etiological diagnosis method, which has the value of early diagnosis, differential diagnosis and guidance treatment for viral keratitis.
