本试验旨在探讨限定日投喂率时,投喂频率对异育银鲫高糖、高脂饲料利用的影响。对照组以高蛋白质饲料日投喂2次,HC2、HL2组分别以高糖、高脂饲料日投喂2次,HC4、HL4组分别以高糖、高脂饲料日投喂4次。每组设3个重复,每个重复放养12尾初始体重为(13.18±0.24)g的健康异育银鲫。试验期为7周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,HL4组增重率、特定生长率显著下降(P<0.05),饲料系数显著升高(P<0.05),HC4、HL4组肝体指数显著增大(P<0.05)。2)HC4组肠道蛋白酶活性显著低于HC2组(P<0.05),而肠道淀粉酶活性则相反;HL4组肠道脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性较HL2组显著下降(P<0.05)。3)HL4组肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶活性较HL2组显著下降(P<0.05),HC4、HC2组肝胰脏谷胱甘肽含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)除HL4组鱼体粗脂肪含量显著低于HL2组(P<0.05)外,投喂频率对异育银鲫体成分无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此得出,在日投喂率一定的前提下,投喂频率由2次/d增至4次/d降低了异育银鲫对高脂饲料的利用,对高糖饲料的利用无显著影响。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of feeding frequency on the use of high-sugar and high-fat forage for allogynogenetic crucian carp (Carassius auratus gibelio) when the daily feed rate was limited. The control group was fed twice a day with high-protein diet, while the HC2 and HL2 groups were fed with high-sucrose and high-fat diet twice a day respectively. The HC4 and HL4 groups were fed with high-sucrose and high-fat diet for 4 times respectively. Three replicates were set up in each group, and 12 healthy crucian carp (Carassius auratus gibelio) with an initial body weight of (13.18 ± 0.24) g were stocked in duplicate. The test period is 7 weeks. The results showed that: 1) Compared with the control group, the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of HL4 group decreased significantly (P <0.05) and the feed coefficient increased significantly (P <0.05), while the HC4 and HL4 groups increased significantly P <0.05). 2) The intestinal protease activity of HC4 group was significantly lower than that of HC2 group (P <0.05), but the intestinal amylase activity was opposite. The intestinal lipase and amylase activity of HL4 group was significantly lower than that of HL2 group (P <0.05). 3) The activity of superoxide dismutase in hepatopancreas of HL4 group was significantly lower than that in HL2 group (P <0.05), and the contents of glutathione and superoxide dismutase in hepatopancreas of HC4 and HC2 groups were not significantly different (P> 0.05 ). 4) The frequency of feeding had no significant effect on body composition of allogynogenetic crucian carp (P> 0.05), except that the crude fat content of HL4 group was significantly lower than that of HL2 group (P <0.05). The results showed that the frequency of feeding increased from 2 times to 4 times per day on the premise of a certain daily feeding rate, which reduced the utilization of high fat diet and the utilization of high sugar diet influences.
