煤矿全液压钻机状态监测系统的设计与实验

为了掌握煤矿井下钻机的运行状态、及时发现问题,设计了一种基于CAN总线技术的煤矿全液压钻机状态监测系统,实现了对钻机状态信息的实时传输和在线显示,并满足井下防爆的要求。介绍了整个系统的硬件组成与构建,阐述了CAN总线的工作原理以及监测软件的结构层次和设计流程,并结合实验对系统的软硬件进行了检验。室内实验表明系统的测量精度和通讯速率均满足工作要求,工作性能稳定,可应用于煤矿井下钻机监测。 In order to grasp the running status of underground coal mine rigs and find out the problems in time, a status monitoring system of coal hydraulic rigs based on CAN bus technology was designed. Real-time transmission and on-line display of status information of drilling rigs were realized and underground explosion-proof requirements were met. The hardware composition and construction of the whole system are introduced. The working principle of CAN bus, the structure level and the design process of the monitoring software are expounded. The software and hardware of the system are tested with the experiment. Laboratory experiments show that the system’s measurement accuracy and communication speed meet the requirements of the work, stable performance, can be applied to coal mine rig monitoring.
