介绍了盾构推进液压系统分区工作原理,设计了推进液压系统阀块试验台,详细阐述了其测试原理和测试方法。对试验台系统中的主要参数进行了设计计算,并对其主要元器件进行了选型。测试结果和现场推进表明所设计的试验台系统可满足推进液压系统集成阀块功能的检测;同时也表明所设计的集成阀块是可靠的,能成功应用于推进液压系统中,满足现场盾构施工的要求。
The working principle of the shield hydraulic system is introduced. The test bench of the hydraulic system is designed. The principle of the test and the test method are elaborated. The main parameters of the test bench system were designed and calculated, and the main components were selected.
