太原钢铁公司第二炼钢厂的转炉,炉帽与炉身接口处常漏钢,炉子寿命因此降低,快速炼钢也受到影响。在党的大力支持和修炉工人的协助下,我们创造了梯形砌炉法,在一个转炉上试用了27炉。结果,完全避免了转炉接口处漏钢事故的发生,而且还节省了大量镁砂等补炉材料,减轻了工人的劳动强度。这项经验已经在全厂推广。最近,重庆钢铁公司中山堂转炉钢厂推广了梯形砌炉法后,效果同样显著。梯形砌炉法的操作要点如下: (1)炉帽部分:在打结炉帽时,要将其长坡部分加宽150毫米,即由原来的380毫米加宽至530毫米(如图1)。炉帽其他尺寸不变。由于炉帽与炉身接缝加宽,并能较严密地结合。因此,在吹炼过程中不用补炉,为快速炼钢创造有利条件。
