略叙诗意班级的创建与管理

为促进学生在班级中健康和谐地成长,我们有必要将班级建设成为诗意生活的栖息地,让学生在诗意的班级文化的熏陶濡染下快乐、自由、自主、能动地发展,从而培养学生良好的道德情操,健全的人格。结合笔者的班主任工作,谈谈诗意班级的建设和管理。一、诗意班训征集——凝聚集体奋力向前班训是一个班级文化追求的内核,是班集体的奋斗目标和行动指南。在开学后的班训征集评选活动中,孩子们自主搜集整理资料,他们对班训的创作与文化价值有了更多的思考。最终,“让优秀成为一种习惯”被确定为班训。有些 In order to promote the healthy and harmonious growth of students in the class, we need to build the class into a habitat of poetic life, let the students be happy, free, independent and dynamic development in the poetic class culture, so as to cultivate students’ good Moral sentiment, sound personality.
