通过粉冶和熔炼2种制备方式分别制取了φ3 mm、φ0.1 mm的丝及0.03 mm×0.3 mm×1 mm的窄带,对不同加工阶段的样品进行了金相观察、扫描电镜分析、及拉伸性能、弹性模量测试等。比较了2种制备方式的显微组织和力学性能,为工程应用选材提供了依据。
The φ3 mm, φ0.1 mm silk and narrow strip of 0.03 mm × 0.3 mm × 1 mm were prepared by powder metallurgy and smelting methods respectively. The samples in different processing stages were observed by metallography, And tensile properties, elastic modulus test. The microstructures and mechanical properties of two kinds of preparation methods were compared, which provided the basis for the selection of engineering applications.
