为了提高管道工程设计和数据管理的水平,以国际先进的ArcGIS和Synergi Gas软件为媒介,结合管道地理信息和工艺仿真模拟的特点,探索实施了将地理信息数据和工艺软件相结合,并在交互数据中提升效率和准确度的设计工作流方法。实践表明:管道模型采用地理信息软件和工艺软件分析相结合的办法,有利于数据管理,提高了数据和分析结果的准确性,并有利于输气工艺的分析。建议在大型管网设计规划和设计管理过程中,逐渐推广地理信息结合工艺分析系统的工作流方法,为后续管网的建设提供更好的决策支持。
In order to improve the level of pipeline engineering design and data management, based on the international advanced ArcGIS and Synergi Gas software, combined with the characteristics of pipeline geographic information and process simulation, this paper explores and implements the combination of geographic information data and process software, Design Workflow Methods to Improve Efficiency and Accuracy in Data. Practice shows that the pipeline model uses the combination of geographic information software and process software analysis, which is good for data management, improves the accuracy of data and analysis results, and is conducive to the analysis of gas transmission technology. It is suggested that in the process of large-scale pipe network design planning and design management, the method of workflow combining with geographic information and process analysis system should be popularized gradually to provide better decision-making support for the construction of subsequent pipe network.
