白盆珠水库全汛期防洪限制水位为75m,库区迁赔洪水标准为5年一遇;相应坝前库水位为79.7m.在调度中为了使水库获得更大的兴利经济效益,在每场洪水的调度中试图拦蓄洪水尾巴,尽可能减少75m至79.7m库水位运行区间的弃水量,但在防洪方面必然要冒一点风险.为此,本文对白盆珠水库拦蓄洪尾进行了初步的风险分析,以作为风险决策的依据.
The water level of Baipenzhu Reservoir is limited to 75m in all flood season and the standard of flood relocation in reservoir area is once every 5 years. The water level in front of corresponding dam is 79.7m. In order to make the reservoir more prosperous and economical in the dispatching process, trying to intercept the flood tail in each flood dispatch and minimize the amount of discarded water in the 75m to 79.7m reservoir water level operating range, it is imperative to take flood control A little risk. Therefore, this paper carries out a preliminary risk analysis for the flood-blocking of Baipenzhu Reservoir as a basis for risk decision-making.
