在《行政法学》实行研究性教学是培养卓越法律人才的重要手段。作为应用性较强的案例分析目前还存在与研究性教学不相适应的一面,应当在案例的选择与教学组织形式的确定上进行积极的探索。
Carrying out research-oriented teaching in Administrative Law is an important means to cultivate outstanding legal talents. As a case study with strong applicability, there is still an incompatible aspect with research-based teaching, and an active exploration should be made on the selection of cases and the determination of the form of teaching organization.
