一、有效性问题所谓有效性是指劳务派遣行为的利弊之比。下面从有利和有弊两个方面进行论述:(一)有利方面第一是根据用工特征需要可以灵活地安排劳动力就业问题,一些企业存在阶段性和周期性用工性质,那么长期雇用将会带来大量的人员闲置,也会增加成本,那么劳务派遣可以很好地解决这个问题,也可以避免法律风险。
