本文通过理论联系实际,运用定量与定性分析相结合的方法,分析了同煤集团现行薪酬体系存在的主要问题,并根据同煤集团的发展战略和实际情况,以激励为导向,提出了完善同煤集团薪酬体系的方案建议。基于企业的未来发展对同煤集团新的基于绩效的薪酬体系进行了重新设计,最后,对有效实行新的工资制度应该注意的几个方面问题进行了探讨。希望文中所提出的建议方案能够为案例企业薪酬体系的完善及同行业其他企业的薪酬管理工作提供参考。
This article analyzes the main problems existing in the current salary system of Tongmei Group through the combination of theory with practice and the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. According to the development strategy and actual situation of Tongmei Group, with incentive as guidance, Proposal for the Remuneration System of Coal Group. Based on the future development of the enterprise, Tongmei Group’s new performance-based compensation system was redesigned. Finally, several aspects that should be paid attention to in order to effectively implement the new wage system were discussed. I hope the proposal proposed in the paper can provide reference for the improvement of the case enterprise salary system and the salary management of other enterprises in the same industry.
