通过研究以温光敏不育小麦C4 9- 89S和绵阳 2 9号组配的正反交组合分离世代在不同播期中育性平均值的大小 ,探讨了细胞质对温光敏不育基因表达的影响。结果表明 :温光敏不育基因的表达不是通过胞质与细胞核互作产生的 ,但胞质对世代育性平均值的大小能产生作用 ,这种作用在早播时存在 ,随着播期的推迟 ,温光条件的改善 ,这种作用表现不明显。讨论了胞质效应在两系杂种优势利用上的可能性
The effects of cytoplasm on the expression of thermo-photo-sensitive genic male sterile genes were discussed by studying the average of fertility in different sowing dates by combining reciprocal crosses between temperate-sensitive wheat C4 9-89S and Mianyang 29. The results showed that the expression of the thermo-photo-sensitive genic male sterile gene was not produced by the interaction between the cytoplasm and the nucleus, but the cytoplasm could play an important role in the generational average fertility. This effect existed at early seeding stage. Postponed, the improvement of temperature and light conditions, this effect is not obvious. The possibility of using cytoplasmic effects in the utilization of two lines of heterosis was discussed
