我省是全国主要的产煤和商品煤供应基地,煤炭工业是山西省的支柱产业,全省财政收入的50％以上是由煤炭工业提供的。煤炭经济是山西经济的一大特色,然而它还是停留在以输出一次能源为基础的粗放型经济。在发展市场经济的今天,全国能源形势发生了很大变化,面对这种严峻形势,山西应该怎么办,我认为应从以下几方面寻求出路。
The province is the country’s major coal and commercial coal supply base. The coal industry is the pillar industry in Shanxi Province. More than 50% of the province’s fiscal revenue is provided by the coal industry. The coal economy is a major feature of Shanxi’s economy, yet it remains at a crude economy based on the export of primary energy. In today’s market economy development, great changes have taken place in the energy situation in the country. In the face of this grim situation, what should Shanxi do? I think we should find a way out from the following aspects.
