我院自1975～1991年,将9例阑尾周围脓肿患者曾误诊为右侧卵巢囊肿蒂扭转,在妇科行剖腹探查,经过妇外科共同处理痊愈出院。这9例占同期收治阑尾周围脓肿的22%(9/41)。 1 临床资料本组年龄11～55岁,平均32.7岁。病程5～60天,平均17.8天。转移性右下腹痛5例,右下腹及小腹痛各2例。伴有发热8例,消化道症状5例。出现包块者3例。查体所见:右下腹或下腹部近正中可扪及肿块者8例,压痛均(+),伴肌紧张、反跳痛4例。另1例有
In our hospital from 1975 to 1991, 9 cases of patients with abscess around the appendix had been misdiagnosed as right ovarian cyst torsion, laparotomy in gynecological surgery, after co-treatment of gynecological surgery were discharged. These 9 cases accounted for 22% of the abdomen around the appendix (9/41). 1 Clinical data The group aged 11 to 55 years, mean 32.7 years old. Duration of 5 to 60 days, an average of 17.8 days. 5 cases of metastatic right lower abdominal pain, 2 cases of right lower quadrant and small abdominal pain.
