Describes a method of forming and displaying a thermosensitive liquid crystal polymer color image. In a certain temperature range, the liquid crystal polymer can reversibly render the transparent and opaque optical states so that the pixel display region containing at least two colors forms a plane. Pixels corresponding to the color within the display color area may be selected, with the color spectrum transmission center located in the various colors being displayed, against the longest wavelength. The selected pixel is heated, the maximum unsharpness greater than the other color pixels unsharpness.
