肾病综合征 (ＮＳ)并发结核感染因缺乏特异的临床症状和灵敏的诊断方法 ,常延误诊断 ,贻误治疗。我院 1990～ 1999年共收治ＮＳ并发肺结核 3 4例。现报道如下。临床资料1.一般资料 :本组患者中男性 19例 ,女性 15例 ,年龄 8～70岁 ,平均年龄 3 0 .5岁。疾病包括慢性肾小球肾炎 Nephrotic syndrome (NS) complicated by tuberculosis infection due to the lack of specific clinical symptoms and sensitive diagnostic methods, often delayed diagnosis, delaying treatment.
