本文探讨三七总皂甙对甘油所致急性肾功能衰竭（ＡＲＦ）初发期的保护作用。实验兔随机分为三组：正常对照组（ｎ＝６）、ＡＲＦ对照组（ｎ＝１０）和三七组（ｎ＝１０），观察注射甘油后第２４小时免肾功能和肾组织结构的改变。结果表明，与对照组比较，三七组家兔存活率明显提高，其肾功能指标得到显著改善，肾组织病理学改变也减轻。上述结果提示，三七总皂甙对甘油所致兔ＡＲＦ早期有明显的保护作用。
This article explores the protective effect of Panax Notoginseng Saponins on the initial stage of acute renal failure (ARF) induced by glycerol. The experimental rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group (n = 6), ARF control group (n = 10) and Panax notoginseng group (n = 10) change. The results showed that compared with the control group, the survival rate of the rabbits in the group of Panax notoginseng was significantly improved, the indexes of renal function were significantly improved, and the pathological changes of the kidney were also alleviated. The above results suggest that Panax notoginseng glycoside glycerol-induced ARF early obvious protective effect.
