伴随着互联网技术等现代信息技术的全面深入推广,在金融方面以移动金融为代表的新金融模式异军突起,迅速成为金融市场当中的主力军,用户通过移动金融能够借助微信、支付宝等第三方支付中心随时随地完成转账、支付等各项操作。而移动金融在为广大用户带来巨大便利的同时,其自身也存在一定的漏洞和缺陷,因此本将结合移动金融当中消费者面临的风险,简要谈谈对移动金融消费者权益保护的思考。
