目的:研究超声波法提取平菇多糖的最佳工艺。方法:通过单因素和正交试验法考察并确定最佳工艺条件。结果:超声波法提取平菇多糖的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间50 min,超声波功率140 W,提取温度60℃,液料比40∶1(mL/g),该条件下多糖得率为10.55%。结论:超声波法提取平菇多糖的提取效果好,工艺简单可行。
Objective: To study the optimum extraction technology of polysaccharides from Pleurotus ostreatus by ultrasonic method. Methods: By single factor and orthogonal test method to determine and determine the optimum process conditions. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Pleurotus ostreatus were as follows: the extraction time was 50 min, the ultrasonic power was 140 W, the extraction temperature was 60 ℃, the ratio of liquid to solid was 40:1 (mL / g) %. Conclusion: The extraction of polysaccharides from Pleurotus ostreatus by ultrasonic method has a good extraction effect and the process is simple and feasible.
