企业员工的稳定性直接影响企业经营效益,保持人力资源合理的流动率不仅有利于员工个人价值的实现,而且有助于推动企业发展战略的实现。基于时间竞争的企业员工流动率高于一般企业,其高级专业技术人员和管理人员的流动率高于一般人员。本文对其成因进行了分析,并提出了降低员工流失率的对策。
The stability of enterprise employees directly affects the operating efficiency of enterprises, and maintaining a reasonable turnover rate of human resources not only contributes to the realization of staff personal values, but also helps to promote the realization of enterprise development strategies. The turnover rate of employees based on time competition is higher than that of general enterprises, and the turnover rate of senior professional technicians and managers is higher than that of general employees. This paper analyzes the causes and puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the turnover rate of employees.
