一、新型天然金刚石钻头近年来苏联研制成功了许多不同地质条件下使用的新型金刚石钻头,其主要类型有:1.钻进中硬地层用金刚石钻头为了钻进煤田Ⅵ—Ⅶ级沉积岩类地层,全苏勘探技术研究院研制成功了齿状15A3和16A3金刚石钻头,用以代替06A3(MBC—2P)钻头。钻头由含有会刚石的齿状胎体和钢体组成。胎体齿顶孕镶有小颗粒金刚石A—80(150—200粒/克拉),这可防止大颗粒金刚石严重磨损、碎裂和脱落。牙齿表面呈圆锥形,在平面图上呈梯肜,外周镶有大颗粒金刚石
