目的 :探讨P30 0 电位在评价帕金森病患者认知功能方面的作用。方法 :对 42例帕金森病患者和 35例健康者分别进行P30 0 电位测定和认知能力筛查试验 (CASI) ,将两组结果进行比较。结果 :帕金森患者的P30 0 电位成分中N2 、P3潜伏期延长及P3波幅降低 ,与对照组存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5) ,CASI测定其 9个因子分及总分患病组均低于对照组 ,存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5)。结论 :P30 0 电位可作为帕金森病患者认知功能受损的判定指标应用于临床
Objective: To investigate the role of P30 0 in the assessment of cognitive function in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Methods: Forty-two patients with Parkinson’s disease and 35 healthy subjects were tested for P30 potential and cognitive ability test (CASI), and the results of two groups were compared. Results: The latency of N2 and P3 and the amplitude of P3 in Parkinson ’s P30 potentials were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05) The total score of the sick group were lower than the control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.01 or P <0 05). Conclusion: The P30 0 potential can be used as a clinical indicator of impaired cognitive function in patients with Parkinson’s disease
